Health and Safety Training
As a company we feel that correct and regular Health and Safety Training is one of our core needs to become a successful company.
All of our employees are fully trained not only in their chosen skill but also in good Health and Safety practices, they all have CSCS cards and are Asbestos aware.
We have our own Health and Safety Manager whose soul job is to make sure all sites are as safe as possible by helping train employees in identifying risks, carrying out Tool Box Talks and making sure all monitoring forms are complete.
We also have online training facilities for our employees to keep them up to date with their Health and Safety requirements.
Diamond Industrial Painting Ltd.also uses trusted external trainers so our employees can achieve IPAF, PASMA and First Aid certification.
All of our crew supervisors are SSSTS trained.
