What is IPAF? The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide. Set up in 1983, IPAF is a not-for-profit members’ organisation that represents the interests of manufacturers, distributors, users, rental and training companies. It serves as a forum for all active in the world of powered access. IPAF has played a key role in promoting many of the design, safety and testing procedures that are now established in the powered access industry.
100% of our workforce are CSCS cardholders. We do not employ operative or management that are not compliant.
Scheme Benefits:
CSCS cards provide a consistent method to check construction workers’ competency before allowing them access to sites. There are just over 1.8 million valid cardholders in the UK and the scheme is widely used on the majority of construction sites. Most major contractors and home builders require their workers to hold a valid CSCS card as a demonstration of their commitment to safe and efficient working.
We work extensively in the educational and care home industries, this will put is in contact with children and vulnerable adults. We have a programme in place to CRB check all employees and management working for Diamond Industrial Painting Ltd. within these sectors.

The painter in charge of each of Diamond Industrial Painting Ltd crews holds a valid PASMA card, the Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA), is the recognised focus and authority for mobile access towers. As such it advances safety, standards and best practice across a wide range of sectors and represents the interests of manufacturers.
It provides and governs the industry standard training scheme for mobile access towers.
Delivering proficiency and competence as required by the Work at Height Regulations. For many, the PASMA certificate and ID card are the only acceptable proof of competence.
